We are seeking a Project Manager for Residential Construction in Portage, MI. This full-time role involves overall responsibility for project schedule, quality, safety, budget, and client satisfaction. You will develop and manage project schedules, coordinate subcontractors and construction teams, evaluate construction methods, monitor project costs, and ensure compliance with codes and standards. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of residential construction project management experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
