Andercore is seeking a Director Product Management to lead a core product area in their AI-native B2B industrial materials trade and distribution platform. This is a hands-on role reporting directly to the founder, focusing on ownership of a P&L-relevant area from discovery to delivery. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of product management experience, including at least 2 years in a B2B scale-up, with a proven track record in operations-heavy domains like logistics or supply chain. Experience with AI-powered features is a strong plus, and fluency in English is required.

We trade with global suppliers and distribute to European customers on our own account. Our AI runs the full trade and distribution end-to-end: sourcing, quality, pricing, sales, logistics, and embedded financing. For the customer, it feels like buying from their preferred local supplier; for our partners, it is the most convenient and safe way to do business across borders. Behind it, our software and agentic AI do the heavy lifting that used to take an asset-intensive supply chain with four or five intermediaries and weeks of manual coordination.
