The Wellness Instructor is responsible for the operations of the resort's gym and wellness programs, ensuring the effective delivery of wellness services, and creating wellness the wellness program. This role is key in executing wellness programs as set by the Spa Director, maintaining high operational standards, and ensuring guests receive engaging, purposeful, and high-quality wellness experiences.
- Oversee the daily operations of the gym and wellness areas, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and a welcoming environment.
- Ensure that all gym equipment and wellness facilities are well-maintained and fully operational.
- Implement and execute wellness programs and activations as outlined by the Spa Director.
- Ensure that wellness programs are delivered with consistency and high quality, tailored to the needs and preferences of guests.
- Regularly assess the success and feedback of wellness programs and make adjustments to improve their impact.
- Preparing any kind of purchase requisition needed for the program and ensure the item are ready on time.
- Ensure that all wellness programs and activities offered to guests meet the highest quality standards.
- Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of wellness programs through guest feedback, participation rates, and overall engagement.
- Indonesian citizen with, a proven experience in wellness (Yoga, Sound Healing, etc) or hospitality industry with at least 2 years.
- In-depth knowledge of wellness programs, fitness techniques, and holistic wellness practices.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple programs and activities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to stay updated with the latest wellness trends and integrate them into the program offering.
- Passion for wellness, fitness, and guest satisfaction.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively in developing wellness experiences.
- Professional certification in fitness, wellness, or related fields is preferred.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to wellness facilities and programs.
