About the group
Editing and Productivity’s mission is to build and scale a powerful, seamless editor that brings the Visual Suite together, enabling anyone—from students and teachers to creators and teams around the world—to create, collaborate, bring their ideas to life, and ship value with confidence and speed. As a part of the Design Experience supergroup, Productivity is the largest group with ~260 engineers (BE, FE, ML, Data, and QA) working with the Editing Experience, Editing Foundations, and Visual Suite teams.

Editing and Productivity build and scale the seamless editor that brings Canva's Visual Suite together, so anyone — students, teachers, creators, and teams — can create, collaborate, and ship their ideas with confidence and speed. As part of the Design Experience supergroup, Productivity is our largest group, with around 260 engineers working across Editing Experience, Editing Foundations, and Visual Suite teams.
