AtkinsRéalis is hiring a Product Specialist for OpenRoads Designer. This dynamic role involves providing product support and customization for complex highway projects, optimizing delivery, and improving quality. Responsibilities include developing workspaces, troubleshooting issues, creating custom tools, and developing training plans. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Bentley Civil products, particularly OpenRoads Designer, and a passion for digital excellence in the highway discipline. This role will be based in multiple US locations.
We are hiring! AtkinsRéalis seeks a Product Specialist- OpenRoads Designer to join our team in Orlando, FL, Atlanta, GA and Austin, TX. This role is also open to other locations nationally.
The role of Product Specialist- OpenRoads Designer is very dynamic and includes a variety of opportunities to shape and contribute to the growth and maturity of digital within the highways discipline. This is a regional role positioned to provide product support and customization for complex, multidiscipline highway projects.
The outcome is optimized delivery, enhanced quality, error avoidance and ultimately exceeding client expectations. You will develop or enhance workspaces, troubleshoot product issues, create custom tools, and develop training plans to support the user base. We are looking for personally driven individuals with a deep passion for excellence within the highway discipline. To do this you’ll need to have a wide range of positive behaviors including collaboration, empathy, patience, enthusiasm, resilience, tenacity, personable, and willingness to teach. As a key resource within our practice, you will be visible and accessible to our teams willing to work effectively across our offices within the US.
Documentation and video skills and adherence to global, national, or client standards is expected. Technical proficiency in Bentley Civil products (required) including OpenRoads Designer, OpenBridge Modeler, ConceptStation, GeoPAK, InRoads and/or Autodesk products (optional) including Civil 3D, Infraworks, Navisworks is expected. Proficiency can be evidenced through recognized accreditations like Bentley Premier Scholar or a portfolio of tools or training developed. Familiarity with a variety of DOT workspaces is highly recommended as well as a working knowledge of workspace configurations and customizations. Ability to develop and modify ProjectWise managed workspace configurations is a plus. You will be a technical resource and will be able to teach others how to support their projects confidently and competently.

Expected compensation range is between $90,000 - $150,000 annually depending on skills, experience, and geographical location.
