The LEGO Group is seeking a Retail Marketing Manager for their AMS region (Americas). This role focuses on executing global marketing plans, driving footfall, and enhancing shopper experiences in LEGO Retail stores and online. The manager will collaborate with various teams to implement campaigns, execute in-store events, and leverage shopper insights for marketing strategies. The position is part of the AMS Regional Marketing team and will focus on children's audience campaigns (Boys, Girls, Preschool).

This position is part of the LEGO Retail AMS Regional Marketing team within the global Retail Experiences & Marketing (REM) department of the LEGO Retail organization. This role will act as one of our primary team leads for our Kids Audience. Campaign focus areas will be on Boys (secondary), Girls and Preschool.
The role involves collaborating with a team of marketers dedicated to executing impactful marketing campaigns in our region, aimed at driving traffic and conversion for LEGO branded stores and LEGO.com. We strive to deliver the ultimate brand experience for our shoppers, working closely with Operations to ensure robust in-store execution, as well as with the LEGO.com team to optimize eCommerce traffic. Additionally, we collaborate with BU Brand Teams across the LEGO Group to enhance local activities and ensure seamless integration across the business.

Compensation
The salary for this position has a range of $107,885.00 - $161,827.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalisation of the employment offer.Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
