The Role
Turn players into lifelong brand advocates through unforgettable gifting programs and exclusive events that drive loyalty, revenue, and real-world impact.
What You Will Be Doing
- Design and execute a gifting and events roadmap that directly supports revenue, retention, and long-term player engagement.
- Deliver personalized, "money-can't-buy" experiences and milestone moments tailored to high-value players.
- Own the full lifecycle of events and gifting campaigns—from concept and sourcing through to delivery and post-campaign analysis.
- Develop creative initiatives to re-engage inactive players and reduce churn through meaningful physical touchpoints.
- Collaborate with Acquisition, Marketing, and Product teams to align gifting and events with launches, promotions, and brand campaigns.
- Track performance and report on ROI, using data to continuously sharpen your approach.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience in Event Management, Luxury Concierge, or Loyalty Marketing—gaming, hospitality, or premium lifestyle sectors a strong plus.
- A sharp commercial mindset with a clear focus on ROI, upsell opportunities, and post-campaign performance.
- Strong project management skills—you can juggle complex logistics, multiple vendors, and budgets without breaking a sweat.
- Comfortable owning budgets, working with player data, and hitting KPIs and performance targets.
- A creative thinker who can source unique, emotionally resonant gifts that genuinely connect with people.
- Exceptional communicator, confident engaging with high-net-worth individuals, luxury vendors, and senior internal stakeholders. U.S. sports and events knowledge is a strong advantage.
