This role involves analyzing and improving internal tools, translating business needs into technical specifications, creating documentation and training materials, and managing the support queue. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Polish, possess excellent writing and analytical skills, and demonstrate independence and proactivity. This is a 100% remote position offering an innovative work environment with cutting-edge AI technologies.
