Gensler is seeking an Accounts Assistant for its European Finance team in London. The role involves processing cash receipts, accounts receivable reporting, assisting with collections, expense claims, balance sheet reconciliations, and supporting project accountants and Accounts Payable. Key responsibilities also include fixed asset monitoring, weekly report production, general data entry, process improvement, and developing expertise in accounting software. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of general accounting experience, strong Excel skills, and experience with foreign currencies. Knowledge of Deltek Vantagepoint and Tableau is a plus.
