- Execute business development strategy across the PSS portfolio, translating strategic priorities into actionable pipeline development plans.
- Proactively identify and originate new opportunities through market research, stakeholder mapping, and targeted outreach across PROs, regulators, and producer communities
- Build and nurture relationships with key external stakeholders to position RLG as a credible long-term partner in emerging and existing markets.
- Support early-stage opportunity shaping by gathering client requirements, analyzing market dynamics, and identifying decision drivers across stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development of commercial frameworks, including pricing strategies, cost assumptions, margin expectations, and risk consideration.
- Support the end-to-end development of competitive proposals across all PSS offerings
- Track proposal timelines, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure on-time, high-quality submissions
- Identify and advance expansion opportunities within existing clients (e.g., new jurisdictions, service lines, or enhancements)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Sustainability, Public Policy, Environmental Studies, or related field.
- Minimum 6–14 years of progressive experience in business development, commercial leadership, or market expansion roles.
- Experience supporting complex service offerings combining operations, technology, and regulatory/compliance elements.
- Exposure to regulated or quasi-public sectors (EPR, environmental services, utilities, infrastructure, etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to pipeline development and account growth.
- Experience supporting RFP or procurement processes is strongly preferred.
