The Service Desk Specialist provides firm-wide support to end users for all hardware and software applications via telephone and email. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries within agreed timeframes, tracking calls, and maintaining up-to-date technical knowledge. The role requires proficiency in Remote Computing and Citrix, the ability to research issues, contribute to a knowledge base, and escalate problems effectively. This position also involves identifying areas for team improvement and assisting with other assigned duties.
Summary:
Under the direct supervision of the Manager of User Technology and according to established Firm policies and procedures, the Service Desk Analyst is responsible for the Firm wide support to our end users.
