CIC is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Part-time Operations Team Member for its Cambridge, MA Innovation Campus. This role involves supporting daily operations in a dynamic commercial office space, with shifts from 7:00 AM to 12:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Responsibilities include maintaining shared areas, restocking kitchens, basic furniture assembly, inventory management, printer troubleshooting, and event setup. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, organized, and enjoys interacting with people, and must be able to perform physical tasks such as moving boxes and using basic power tools. Foreign language skills are a plus.

CIC’s Innovation Campus in Cambridge, MA is looking for detail-oriented, reliable individuals to support the daily operations of our dynamic commercial office space. This is a part-time role with a starting wage of $20/hour for approximately 25–29 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
We’re currently hiring one new team member to join our Cambridge team to cover the following shift:

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WORK
You will join one of our community teams, which are composed of several full-time and part-time employees. The team works together to satisfy the day-to-day needs of our clients and ensure that the physical space is functional and organized. Some work will be independent while at other times it will require collaboration with other CIC team members.
