The Impact You'll Make

As our Sales Intelligence Engineer, AI & Databricks, you'll play a key role in accelerating AI adoption across Danfoss Climate Solutions by building a trusted, scalable, and well-governed data platform for our organization.

Your impact? By ensuring our Databricks platform remains secure, efficient, and continuously evolving, you'll enable reliable data products and AI-powered solutions that support better decision-making and improve business performance. Your work will help teams confidently leverage data and Generative AI capabilities while establishing best practices for the future.

You'll collaborate with data engineers, analysts, product owners, and business stakeholders across multiple functions, helping shape the next generation of data and AI solutions at Danfoss.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own and continuously improve Databricks governance, including Unity Catalog, data access, security, lineage, and data quality.
• Design and maintain scalable data architecture, ensuring best practices for data models, tables, and data pipelines.
• Curate and enhance Genie spaces by improving knowledge content, instructions, entity matching, and answer quality for end users.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support their Databricks and AI journey, providing guidance and enabling adoption of data products.
• Evaluate, pilot, and implement new Databricks capabilities and AI features that improve platform performance and business value.

What We're Looking For

• Experience administering Databricks platforms, with solid knowledge of Unity Catalog and data governance principles.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python, with a good understanding of data architecture and modern ETL practices.
• Experience working with cloud-based data platforms and enabling data products for analytics or AI use cases.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
• Fluent English and a proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and emerging AI technologies.
