Im Team IT-Infrastructure arbeite ich mit Engineers zusammen, um eine hohe Verfügbarkeit, Leistung und Sicherheit unserer Infrastruktur zu gewährleisten. In diesem Umfeld habe ich zugleich die Chance mein Know-how in der Zusammenarbeit mit Spezialist*innen kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln.

Meine Aufgaben

• Betrieb und Wartung: Verantwortung für den täglichen Betrieb und die Wartung von Compute- und Storage-Systemen auf Basis von VMWare und Netapp,
• Monitoring und Performance: Überwachung der Performance und Kapazität, Identifizierung und Behebung von Engpässen,
• Incident Management: Untersuchung und Lösung von Störungen und Problemen in der Compute- und Speicherinfrastruktur,
• Service Request Fulfillment: Umsetzung von Standard Service Requests,
• Change Execution: Planung, Koordination und Umsetzung von Änderungen in der Compute- und Speicherumgebung gemäß Change-Management-Prozessen,
• Dokumentation: Erstellung und Pflege von technischen Dokumentationen, Betriebsanweisungen und Architekturdiagrammen,
• Projektsupport: Unterstützung bei Infrastruktur-Projekten durch Bereitstellung von Compute- und Speicherressourcen sowie technisches Know-how.
• Bereitschaftssystem: Teilnahme an der 24x7 Bereitschaft für unsere Compute und Storage Infrastrukturen.

Meine Kompetenzen

• Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Berufsausbildung im Bereich Informatik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung,
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Verwaltung und dem Betrieb von x86 Server- und SANs, bevorzugt in einer größeren Unternehmensumgebung,
• Tiefgehende Kenntnisse in Server-, Virtualisierungs- und Speichersystemen (z. B. HP, VMware, Netapp, Linux),
• Ausgeprägte analytische und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten,
• Kenntnisse in der Nutzung von GitOps basierten Administrationsansätzen und Erstellung von Playbooks/Skripten (z.B. Ansible, PowerShell, Bash) zur
• Automatisierung von Routineaufgaben,
• Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch C2 und Englisch B1.
