The Regulatory Reporting Lead Analyst (VP) role is an intermediate-level position within the Controllers Organization. This role will support the creation of the Firmwide External Reporting Controller (FERC) framework, managing requirements and defining roles. The individual will be responsible for data, controls, and issue analysis related to FERC accountability, translating requirements into actionable processes. Key responsibilities include researching reporting practices, developing a knowledge repository, analyzing data completeness, identifying and solving challenges for FERCs, tracking issues and risks, and supporting senior leadership reviews. The role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with extensive experience in financial services and regulatory reporting.
The Regulatory Reporting role is an intermediate level position within the Controllers Organization that will report up through the Global Head of Regulatory and Capital Reporting. The individual will be part of the team reporting to the program lead that is driving the creation of the Firmwide External Reporting Controller (FERC) role, including creating and communicating the FERC framework, managing requirements, and defining roles and responsibilities, both interim and target state. The position will have a high level of visibility within the organization with opportunities to work directly with other Finance and non-Finance functions throughout Citi, including SEC Reporting, Enterprise Financial Controllers, Segment Controllers, Accounting Policy, Risk, Treasury, Enterprise Data Office, and the FERCs.
The individual will own data, controls, and issues analysis supporting FERC accountability. They will work closely with the program lead and Controllers reporting teams to translate framework into actionable processes.
