Tetra Pak is seeking a Resource Planner to ensure service excellence by coordinating the right resources for customer and business needs. This role involves scheduling field activities using planning tools like FSM, optimizing engineer assignments based on skills and availability, and analyzing workforce capacity. The Resource Planner will also plan internal training to meet future market demands. The position requires 3-5 years of engineering experience in the food industry, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and familiarity with planning systems. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential. Fluency in English is required.

The Resource Planner is a key enabler of service excellence, responsible for securing the right resources at the right time, in the right location, and with the appropriate competencies to meet customer and business requirements. The role ensures accurate and predictable planning of field activities, internal competence development, and mandatory solution deployments.
Leveraging planning expertise, knowledge of demand patterns, workforce capabilities, and planning systems, the Resource Planner works closely with Service Account Representatives (SARs), Project Managers, Service Delivery Managers (SDMs), Technical Delivery Experts (TDEs), CSO support teams, and Upgrade Managers to ensure reliable execution, minimize last-minute changes, optimize resource utilization, and enhance customer satisfaction, operational performance, and safety
This is a permanent position located in Brussels or Utrecht.
