This role focuses on strategy, discovery, process excellence, and stakeholder engagement to build a high-quality pipeline for developers. The ideal candidate has a technical background in automation and AI, excels at translating complexity into actionable recommendations, and thrives in client-facing advisory roles.

We are looking for a Senior Consultant who will take the lead in identifying, shaping, prioritizing, and documenting automation and AI opportunities across multiple business units. This role is ideal for someone with a technical foundation in automation and emerging agentic AI, who thrives in conversations with business stakeholders, understands processes deeply, and can translate complexity into clear, actionable recommendations.
This is not a development role — it is about strategy, discovery, process excellence, pipeline building, and stakeholder engagement. You will help shape the automation and AI strategy while acting as the business analyst who turns ambiguity into a strong, high-quality pipeline for our developers. You will be one of the primary drivers of how we scale automation and agentic solutions across the organization.
