Executive - Talent Acquisition (Colombo, LK)

What you need to do:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring alignment with business needs and delivering an excellent candidate experience.
• Proactively source, screen, and engage candidates through strategic sourcing, networking, and employer branding initiatives.
• Develop and execute strategies to position the company as an employer of choice through job fairs, social media, and industry events.
• Design and implement effective onboarding programs to integrate new hires and familiarize them with company policies and culture.
• Partner with HR and leadership to create job descriptions, plan workforce needs, and address hiring challenges.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry standards while keeping up with market trends to enhance recruitment effectiveness.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree or professional qualification in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in managing end-to-end recruitment processes, with a strong focus on blue-collar hiring, preferably within the garment or manufacturing sector.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with Application Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Ability to collaborate effectively with operation team.
• Awareness of labor laws, recruitment best practices, and market trends.
