Why does this role exist?
This role exists to expand the marketing team’s production capacity so campaigns can launch faster across social, email, ads, and content channels. The company is running multiple products and initiatives simultaneously and needs a detail-oriented creator who can turn briefs into polished, on-brand visual and written assets. By owning day-to-day content production in Figma and supporting short-form copy, this role frees the Marketing Manager to focus on strategy and acceleration.
Content Production for Campaigns
- Create social graphics, banners, email visuals, ad creatives, and campaign elements in Figma.
- Adapt and resize assets for various platforms while maintaining brand consistency.
- Prepare export-ready files and organize assets for easy team access.
Social Media and Email Support
- Produce post graphics, captions, and short-form copy aligned with campaign goals.
- Build and format email assets (graphics, promotional content, basic layout support).
- Schedule or hand off assets with clear specs for publishing.
Ad Creatives and Launch Support
- Design basic static and simple animated ad creatives for promotions, launches, and awareness campaigns.
- Iterate concepts based on performance data and feedback.
- Ensure assets meet platform requirements and are optimized for engagement and CTR.
Copywriting and Content Repurposing
- Draft, edit, or refine copy for ads, social posts, emails, landing pages, and short articles/blogs.
- Repurpose existing product content into digestible social posts and campaign materials.
- Proof for spelling, grammar, and formatting to uphold quality standards.
Collaboration, Brand, and Workflow
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager to translate briefs into final deliverables.
- Maintain strict brand consistency across visuals and messaging.
- Manage multiple requests, track deadlines, and communicate status proactively.
Required:
- 3+ years in digital marketing, content production, social media marketing, or creative marketing support (portfolio required)
- 2+ years hands-on experience with Figma for marketing asset creation
- 1+ year creating digital assets and supporting copy for social, email campaigns, ads, blogs/articles, and campaign graphics
- Proven ability to follow creative direction, maintain brand consistency, and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment
- Experience supporting technology, AI/robotics, SaaS, electronics, or product-focused companies
Your superpowers are...
- Technical: Figma (components, auto-layout, templates), Canva, Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with WordPress/Shopify; basic email/CRM tools (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot); Meta Business Suite and Google Ads asset specs; basic video/short-form editing
- Content: Clean, modern visual design; short-form copywriting for social/ads; basic long-form editing for blogs/articles; strong layout, spacing, and typography fundamentals
- Marketing: Understanding of funnels and how visuals/copy drive interest, engagement, and leads; ability to repurpose content across channels
- Personal: Detail-obsessed, organized, responsive, follows direction well, proactive, resourceful, and comfortable juggling multiple requests
WFH Set-Up:
- Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
- Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
- Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
- Back-up computer and internet connection
- Quiet, dedicated workspace at home

Work Setup:

Working Hours:
- 40 hours per week
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:00 pm Pacific Time
Compensation:
- $7 per hour
- No benefits package included
