Snowflake is seeking AI-driven individuals to join their team as Senior Support Engineers and help power the era of the agentic enterprise. This role involves global IT support, including managing tickets via ServiceNow, providing A/V and Zoom support, preparing hardware for new hires, and troubleshooting network connectivity. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of IT infrastructure support experience, 2+ years of executive-level support, strong troubleshooting skills, and experience with various applications like Zoom, Slack, Okta, JIRA, ServiceNow, Office 365, Google Admin, Jamf, and Active Directory. This is an onsite role requiring a flexible schedule.
