The People Experience (PX) Operations Analyst will support HR operations for colleagues in the NOLA region, with a focus on Ecuador and Colombia. This role involves coordinating internal/external audits, managing local personal administration, and overseeing PX policy. The analyst will collaborate with PX Business Partners and COEs to deliver integrated PX solutions. Key responsibilities include serving as a point of contact for HR operations, managing policy administration and audits, supporting PX budget, and owning Workday data management. The role also involves PCS quality control and supporting PX initiatives. Requires 1-2+ years of HR experience and advanced English proficiency.

What You Will Achieve
You’ll have a key role to play in an organization that has people at its heart. The PX Sr Associate will act as a dedicated and single HR Operations contact to support PX responsibilities for colleagues across the NOLA region, with deeper scope and focus on Ecuador & Colombia. Will support business needs and support execution to achieve outcomes related to internal and external audits/government requirements coordination, personal administration local activities, PX policy management and others. Will work closely with the PX Business partners in order to have the alignment, guidance and direction needed to support the business as well as partner closely with the PX COEs and the GBS organization to deliver one integrated PX solution.
As a PX Analyst, your knowledge and skills will contribute towards the goals and objectives of the PX team. Your focus and ability to meet team targets will help in completing critical deliverables. Your innovative use of communication tools and techniques will facilitate explaining difficult issues and establishing consensus between teams.
