This role focuses on Salesforce implementation and optimization projects, requiring collaboration with experienced consultants to design and deliver scalable solutions. The ideal candidate has a strong Salesforce development background, enjoys client interaction, and can independently handle standard implementation tasks while partnering on complex design decisions. Responsibilities include client discovery, translating business requirements, developing solutions using Apex, LWC, and Flow Builder, integration support, and participating in code reviews and deployment processes.

At Nuvolar, we are looking for a Salesforce Technical Consultant to join our Consulting team and work on international Salesforce implementation and optimization projects across different industries.
You'll collaborate with experienced consultants and architects to design and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions, helping clients improve business processes, automate workflows, and maximize the value of their Salesforce ecosystem.
This role is ideal for someone with a solid Salesforce development background who enjoys combining technical implementation with client interaction and wants to continue growing as a technical consultant. You'll own standard implementation tasks independently while partnering with senior team members on more complex solution design and architecture decisions.
A first conversation with one of our engineering or consulting team members to introduce the role, explain the projects you'll be working on, and answer your initial questions about the opportunity.
You'll complete a take-home Salesforce technical exercise designed to evaluate your technical approach, problem-solving skills, and development practices.
A discussion with our consulting team to review your assessment, explore your Salesforce experience, and discuss implementation scenarios, technical decisions, and your approach to client projects.
A conversation with our Talent Acquisition team to learn more about your background, career goals, and what you're looking for in your next opportunity. It's also a chance for you to ask any remaining questions about Nuvolar, our culture, and the role.
