We are looking for a Junior Full Stack Developer to join a small, cross-functional Agile team building the next generation of process automation solutions within our compliance platform. This role will be part of a team responsible for the end-to-end development (front-end and back-end) of a distributed microservices-based architecture. Initially, the successful candidate will focus on leveraging third-party solutions to enhance the platform by providing greater workflow customization capabilities for users.

- Develop and maintain user interfaces and automation workflows using Form.io, Make.com, and integrations with Veriforce software solutions.
- Develop and maintain microservices using RESTful APIs, C# .NET Core, and .NET Framework.
- Design and enhance user interfaces using React, Redux, TypeScript, and/or React Native.
- Design, optimize, and maintain PostgreSQL and Microsoft SQL Server databases.
- Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable code, including unit and integration tests.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Break down complex features into simple, testable, and achievable deliverables.
- Diagnose and resolve production issues by performing systematic root cause analysis.
- Collaborate effectively with technical teams and non-technical stakeholders in an Agile environment.
- Promote best practices related to APIs, cloud services, and microservices architecture.
Essential
- Knowledge of user interface (UI) design principles.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs.
- Understanding of flowcharts and workflow diagrams.
- Strong understanding of web development fundamentals.
- Experience developing with JavaScript and JSON.
- Proficiency with a version control system (Git or equivalent).
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Experience with Form.io.
