Choco is seeking a Head of SMB Sales for EMEA to build and lead a high-performing sales organization across the UK/I, DACH, and France regions. This role involves raising performance bars, fostering accountability, and establishing an operating model for predictable, scalable growth. You will lead and coach a team of Account Executives, focusing on hiring, development, pipeline management, and process standardization. The ideal candidate has 5-8+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, including 2-4+ years in sales leadership, with a proven track record in structuring and improving sales teams and processes. Fluency in English is required, with German or French being a strong plus.
