Your Mission

 

• As a result of our rapid growth, you will play an important role in Production Planning

 

What you will do

• Evaluate forecasts and sales orders from capacity and material requirement perspectives.
• Create, monitor and update production plans.
• Optimise production schedules for efficiency, minimum setup and minimum production stops.
• Create and follow material requirements / requisitions.
• Monitor critical materials, inventory risks, obsolete stock and food waste risks.
• Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, R&D, Marketing and Quality teams.
• Analyse planning risks, material shortages, capacity constraints and backorder risks.
• Prepare planning, inventory and production performance reports.
• Support continuous improvement and digitalization of planning processes.

 

What we expect from you

 

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in production planning, material planning or supply planning.
• Advanced Excel and strong data analysis skills.
• ERP / MRP knowledge; SAP PP/MM experience is preferred.
• Strong analytical and numerical thinking.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Proactive, adaptable and eager to learn.
• Ability to create practical systems, reports and workflows according to operational needs.
• Good command of English and Turkish.
