Description
The Mandatory Trade Desk Buyer is a Capital Markets function that facilitates the pricing, bidding and locking of loans for the Correspondent Lending Channel. Key responsibilities include…
- High frequency execution of bulk bids
- Dynamically calculate and apply loan level mortgage pricing to facilitate the purchase of loans from our Correspondent customers
- Troubleshooting and writing complex MS Excel formulae
- Mandatory commitment management including pair offs, extensions and rolls
- Enhancements of pricing and reporting tools often using MS Excel and MS Access (VB & SQL at times)
- Create reports that provide insight to our competitive positioning/trends to senior management
- Communicate mandatory pricing mechanics to developers helping to improve pricing tools
- A primary point of contact for our Correspondent customers for pricing and Secondary Marketing related subject matter
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of Mortgage Banking experience
- Exceptional analytical skills
- Thorough knowledge of Secondary Marketing, Correspondent Lending and pricing mechanics
- Self-motivator with ability to work in fast paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across multiple stakeholders
- BS/BA degree or equivalent combination of education/experience
