Canada Goose is seeking a Regional Planner for Retail Planning & Allocations. This role is responsible for driving retail and e-commerce growth through end-to-end inventory management, including allocation and reverse logistics, optimizing assortments based on sales and inventory analysis. The Regional Planner will collaborate with various teams to ensure product is in the right place at the right time, maximizing regional turnover and supporting corporate growth strategies. Key responsibilities include product allocation, stock-out prevention, new product launch assessment, lifecycle management, seasonal buy planning, cross-functional collaboration with retail, e-commerce, and supply chain teams, and performance analysis. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in Merchandise Planning or Assortment Planning, advanced Excel skills, strong retail math knowledge, and proven analytical and communication skills.

About The Role:
The Regional Planner drives retail and e-commerce growth for Canada Goose within their assigned market. This role executes end-to-end inventory management- including allocation and reverse logistics- while optimizing door-level assortments based on rigorous sales & inventory analysis ensuring that product is in the right place at the right time. Acting as a critical cross-functional hub, the Regional Planner collaborates with Product Planning, Merchandising, Supply Planning, Operations, and Channel leads (among other stakeholders) to maximize regional turnover and support corporate growth strategies.
