Job Description:
1. Reviews the financial transactions of mutual fund shareholders/ unitholders processed by the service provider, such as account opening, additional investment, redemptions, and switches.
2.Handles the timely resolution of any query, concern, and/or complaints of investors.
3. Collaborates and works with various teams on projects and initiatives relating to client servicing and client’s financial transactions.
4. Prepares daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required by investors and internal partners.
