The Role
Reporting to the Vice President, Compensation, this Director role will be responsible for managing the delivery all global compensation processes and projects, and will partner with People Business Partners, People Operations, Talent and Finance Leads to ensure success..
This role will understand key business drivers to continuously identify opportunities for improvement and recommend solutions.
What will you be doing?
- Will project manage the global annual compensation review, including the set up and management of the Workday Advanced Compensation module
- Lead and support various compensation projects from planning and implementation to execution. Projects include, but are not limited to, job architecture, compensation analysis (both base salary and annual short-term incentive), creation of salary structure, job title harmonisation and reorganisations.
- Support the VP Compensation managing Executive Compensation, including benchmarking, compensation reviews, and LTI scheme administration.
- Conduct and manage compensation benchmarking and survey participation to support competitive analysis of compensation programs within the industry.
- Own the creation of analytics tools and compensation policies for global use in the People team.
- Serve as the primary point person to Finance Leads, People Business Partners and Talent Acquisition for compensation inquiries
- Approve compensation transaction items in Workday (promotions, transfers, compensation changes and employee data edits, where appropriate).
Who you are:
- A significant amount of experience in compensation and/or human resources
- Comfortable working within a global business and dealing with international stakeholders
- Very strong project management skills, and experience managing annual compensation processes
- You approach work with a continuous improvement mindset, often identifying and implementing enhancements
- Curious and enthusiastic about building AI readiness into People processes
- Professionalism and maturity and the ability to deal with confidential data
- Advanced skills in MS Office and Google suite applications
- Experience with Workday and survey matching is desirable
- Ability to produce detailed, accurate presentations, reports and insights that support sound
- Decision-making, strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Detail-oriented; while keeping the big picture in mind
- Ability to operate independently, thrive in a fast-paced global environment, and be comfortable in the “gray zone”
- Ability to manage competing priorities
