Key Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve complex client inquiries, escalations, and complaints in a professional, timely, and solution-oriented manner.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams — including technical support, account management, and sales — to deliver seamless end-to-end service experiences for B2B clients.

• Native or fluent German language skills (both spoken and written) are essential for this role — C1 or C2 level proficiency required.
• A valid EU passport is mandatory for this position.
