Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert pediatric emergency care to patients in fast-paced and high-acuity settings.
• Perform comprehensive assessments, interventions, and treatments tailored to pediatric emergencies.
• Coordinate care with pediatric subspecialists and support teams within leading healthcare facilities.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical research projects.
• Educate patients, families, and junior staff on pediatric emergency protocols and care plans.
• Ensure compliance with institutional policies and standards of care.
• Document clinical encounters accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications

• MD or equivalent medical degree with board certification or eligibility in Pediatric Emergency Medicine.
• Proven experience working in reputable healthcare institutions or leading pediatric emergency departments.
• Strong knowledge of advanced pediatric emergency procedures and evidence-based practices.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to thrive in demanding environments while maintaining compassionate patient care.
• Valid medical license applicable to the healthcare facility location.
• Certifications in Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
