Job Summary
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, nurturing client relationships,
and leading a team of sales professionals to achieve the organization’s revenue targets. This
role requires an experienced professional with strong communication, negotiation, and team- building skills to foster a collaborative sales culture while strategically expanding market
share.
Key Responsibilities

The Ideal Candidate
- Has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Has proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing successful sales teams. Preferably with experience in B2B sales in the BFSI or Technology sector.
- Familiar with using data analytics to drive sales strategies.
- Knowledgeable in regional market dynamics.
- Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Has strong understanding of sales metrics, KPIs, and data analysis.
- Brings solid knowledge of market research and sales forecasting tools.
- Has excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Has strong leadership and team management abilities.
