Forecasting Enablement Lead (Ljubljana, SI, 1210)

As our Forecasting Enablement Lead, you'll play a key role in helping the business adopt and maximize the value of AI-powered forecasting.

Your work will improve planning quality, strengthen business decisions, and accelerate the adoption of AI-driven forecasting across Danfoss Climate Solutions. 

You'll collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Finance and Sales, Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and business leaders while helping shape the future of AI forecasting within Danfoss Climate Solutions. 

• Lead the rollout, adoption, and continuous improvement of AI-enabled forecasting across business functions.

• Partner with business stakeholders and digital teams to translate forecasting needs into practical solutions, operating models, and improvement opportunities.

• Drive user enablement through training, workshops, communication, and ongoing support to ensure AI-driven forecasting is effectively adopted.

• Monitor forecasting performance, user adoption, and business feedback to identify opportunities for optimization and increased business value.

• Act as the bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring forecasting solutions solve real business challenges and deliver measurable impact.

• 3+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, S&OP, supply chain planning, commercial planning, or a related business enablement role.

• Experience driving the rollout or adoption of digital products, analytics solutions, or business process improvements.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across business and technical teams.

• Good understanding of forecasting concepts, data-driven decision-making, and business processes.

• Fluent English and a structured, proactive, and business-oriented approach to problem solving.

• Help shape the future of AI-enabled forecasting at Danfoss Climate Solutions by turning advanced analytics into everyday business value.
• Take ownership of how AI-driven forecasting is adopted, trusted, and embedded into decision-making across a global organization.
