Cruise Whitsundays is seeking a Cruise Director to lead their marine team in Airlie Beach, Australia. This role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences by managing Cruise Attendants, resolving guest complaints, and handling daily operational tasks including ticketing, manifests, sales, and onboard reconciliations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, excellent customer service skills, and experience in the marine and tourism industry. Mandatory requirements include specific certifications in First Aid, CPR, Responsible Service of Alcohol, a Working with Children's Check, and Food Handling Supervisor qualifications.
