The Business Effectiveness Lead will drive execution, operational discipline, and strategic alignment for the Functional People Team and Operational Excellence, reporting to the SVP. This role partners with leaders to manage a portfolio of initiatives, ensure high-quality delivery, and optimize processes. Responsibilities include supporting the operating rhythm, managing agendas, preparing for leadership meetings, coordinating with Finance, and improving team processes. The role will also support strategic People Team projects and leverage AI tools for productivity. Requires understanding of HR principles, strong business acumen, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Overview:
As a member of the People Team, the Business Effectiveness Lead plays a critical role in driving execution, operational discipline, and strategic alignment across the Functional People Team and Operational Excellence agenda. The role reports to the SVP, Functional People Lead and Operational Excellence and serves as a trusted partner.
This role is accountable for orchestrating priorities, driving alignment, and leading delivery of a complex portfolio of initiatives, ensuring high-quality delivery across people initiatives and operates with clarity, focus, and strong execution discipline in support of enterprise transformation priorities.

S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $ 104,435 to $ 182,604. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications
