The Monetization Team for Microsoft Copilot and Core Experiences is seeking a Product Operations Manager to drive growth by leading cross-functional execution, operational strategy, business insights, and scalable processes. This role focuses on maximizing customer value and monetization outcomes by serving as a strategic partner to Product, Engineering, and Business leaders. The Monetization Team for Microsoft Copilot and Core Experiences is responsible for turning customer engagement into sustainable business growth. We design and optimize the systems, products, and experiences that connect users, advertisers, and partners, leveraging data, AI, and marketplace technologies to deliver value for customers while driving revenue and long-term platform growth. We are hiring a Product Operations Manager to enable the next phase of growth for Copilot and Core Experiences by driving cross-functional execution, operational strategy, business insights, and scalable processes that maximize customer value and monetization outcomes.
As a Product Operations Manager on the Monetization team, you will serve as a strategic and operational partner to Product, Engineering, and Business leaders, driving execution against organizational priorities through planning, governance, operating rhythms, metrics, and cross-functional alignment. You will help translate product strategy into scalable execution models, create clarity across stakeholders, and improve organizational effectiveness through data-driven decision making.
You will operate across multiple workstreams and collaborates closely with Product Operations Directors, Product Management, Engineering, Data Science, Finance, and Sales partners to ensure priorities are aligned, risks are surfaced, and execution stays on track. As a Product Operations Manager, you will influence through partnership rather than formal authority and focuses on building durable operational mechanisms that scale.

Business Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $116,900 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $148,400 - $222,600 per year.
