What you'll be doing
The Manager, Deposit Pricing Strategy & Analysis, is responsible for supporting the Pricing Desk mandate across Transaction Banking teams. The role ensures that the Pricing Desk stays informed on all regulatory and treasury changes and their impact on deposit pricing, maintains up-to-date CB webpages, and supports the development, automation, and optimization of pricing models. The manager will coordinate with source systems to ensure the latest and most accurate rates are reflected at all times, while collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive pricing accuracy, operational efficiency, and compliance.

How you'll succeed
Pricing Desk Support
- Stay informed on all regulatory, liquidity risk and treasury changes, and assess their impact on deposit pricing strategies, ensuring timely communication of updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain and update CB webpages to ensure clients and internal stakeholders have access to the most current and accurate pricing information.
- Support the development and building of pricing models to enhance analytical capabilities and decision-making across the Pricing Desk.
- Drive automation of pricing models using Power Automate and AI-based tools to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of pricing operations.
- Coordinate with source systems to ensure the latest and most accurate rates are captured and consistently reflected across all pricing outputs and platforms.
- Provide deal support by evaluating rates and pricing scenarios for client opportunities and ensuring pricing aligns with business objectives and market conditions.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Apply AI and machine learning techniques to enhance pricing model intelligence, identify patterns, and support predictive pricing analysis.
- Design and develop automated reporting solutions and dashboards using Power BI to support management information needs across the Pricing Desk and broader Transaction Banking teams.
- Leverage data analysis, AI-driven insights, and client data to identify pricing opportunities, inform strategic direction, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Utilize Power Automate to streamline repetitive data workflows, reduce manual intervention, and improve the speed and reliability of pricing reporting processes.
Compliance, Governance & Risk Management
- Coordinate with business controls, audit, anti-money laundering, and other stakeholders to facilitate the successful delivery and oversight of all Global Transaction Banking-related pricing initiatives.
- Interface with business controls, governance, and internal partners to ensure Global Transaction Banking remains compliant with all regulatory and internal obligations, including those related to deposit pricing.
- Participate in remediation activities to address identified gaps, support corrective actions, and reinforce a culture of compliance.
Who you are
- You can demonstrate experience in deposit pricing, treasury, financial analysis, or a related field within banking or financial services. You have hands-on experience with Power BI and Power Automate, and are comfortable leveraging these tools to build scalable, automated solutions. You have a working knowledge of AI and automation technologies and their practical application in financial modeling and pricing workflows.
- You are analytical. You have the ability to apply analytical skills to review and evaluate complex data to find innovative pricing opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
