Morgan Stanley seeks an India Service Delivery Associate for its Human Capital Management division in Bengaluru, India. This role focuses on driving process improvements and automation within the talent domain globally. Responsibilities include resolving escalations, partnering with HR Business Partners, analyzing data, and mentoring junior team members. The position requires at least 4-6 years of HR Operations or Service Delivery experience and strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
We’re seeking someone to join our team as an India Service Delivery - Associate to play a lead role in driving thoughtful process and automation solutions that drive efficiency, reduce the cost of operations, and mitigate operational risk across the Talent domain globally. The scope of these solutions includes continuous improvement and/or troubleshooting for processes already in place as well as designing new processes.
In the Human Capital Management division, we provide advice and insight to attract, retain, reward and develop a talented global workforce, giving employees the support and tools, they need to succeed. This is an Associate level position within the HCMES Service Delivery is an integral part of the Firm's Human Resources division providing fundamental operational support across all areas of HR on a global basis. This function is also responsible for business-as-usual activities, supporting the Firm's Performance cycles, L2 support for the India Coverage, and Learning Management systems and downstream applications.
