Job Description
The Director, Payables Global Process Owner has the responsibility of managing the global Accounts Payable function within Visa. The Payables function is broken down into five regional centers, each with a regional Payables Lead. Each regional lead will report directly into the Director, Payables Global Process Owner. While the Director role is not responsible for key operational payables tasks, the role will work directly with each regional lead to enforce controls, drive efficiency, embed a culture of continuous process improvement, and drive productivity metrics.
This role has extensive interaction with various groups across Finance, including Global Accounting teams, FP&A, Treasury, and multiple business units. The Director role will be responsible for the overall health and effectiveness of the global Payables function, including enforcing a strong control environment. The role will also drive key initiatives across the global landscape, focusing on automation, paid on time metrics, and streamlining processes in key Finance systems.

The estimated salary range for this position is $169,600.00 to $ 271,400.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
