Elia is seeking a Payroll Officer to join their Compensation & Benefits team in Brussels, Belgium. This role is responsible for personnel administration for active and non-active staff, including managing social documents, calculating holiday pay and entitlements, processing contract changes, and preparing monthly salary calculations. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management (or equivalent) and at least 10 years of payroll experience with a strong understanding of social legislation. Fluency in French or Dutch is required, with a good command of the other language preferred. Strong Excel skills and a client-focused, detail-oriented approach are essential.
