Datadog is seeking a GTM Strategy & Operations Senior Associate for their Marketing team. This role will focus on driving growth, shaping strategy, and optimizing investments for the Marketing organization. Responsibilities include roadmap development, AI initiatives, data analysis, and presenting recommendations to leadership. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in GTM strategy, consulting, or investment banking, with a passion for modern B2B marketing and AI. This is a hybrid role based in New York, NY.
The Team:
The GTM Strategy & Operations Senior Associate – Marketing will join a global team driving Datadog’s next phase of growth, with a dedicated focus on our Marketing organization.
We’re interdisciplinary thinkers leveraging diverse business backgrounds in tech, management consulting, investment banking, and business development to accelerate Datadog’s global growth. We work directly with Datadog’s most senior leaders to set corporate strategy, launch new GTM programs, improve efficiency across the business, and support data-driven decision-making.
The Opportunity:
As the GTM Strategy & Operations Senior Associate for Marketing, you'll help shape the future of one of Datadog's largest growth engines. You'll partner directly with Marketing executives to define strategy, optimize investment decisions, and build the operating systems that power our global Marketing organization.
This is not a purely strategic role — it is equally focused on building, launching, and deploying solutions that improve Marketing productivity, and pipeline generation. This is an especially exciting time to join the team, as we actively test and deploy new AI-driven solutions across the GTM organization.

What you’ll do:
Partnership with Marketing & GTM leadership: Present recommendations and business cases to executive leadership, influencing company-wide decisions on Marketing investments and priorities.Marketing AI roadmap & execution: Inform how we should leverage AI to optimize our Marketing motion, work with marketing org to test and scale new pilots Marketing analysis and reporting: Analyze complex marketing and GTM data to uncover trends and performance gaps and inform decision-making on budget, HC, channel and regional allocation
