This role focuses on building the sales pipeline by researching markets and prospecting new enterprise clients through creative outreach. As a Graduate BDR, you will receive comprehensive training and mentorship to learn enterprise sales, qualify opportunities, and generate high-quality leads. The ideal candidate is a recent graduate with strong communication skills, a results-oriented mindset, and adaptability.

As a BDR, you won't be flying solo. You will work directly with a dedicated manager and our Account Executive team to learn the ropes of enterprise sales, securing appointments with qualified companies and mastering the art of the pitch.
No prior sales experience? No problem. We care more about your drive, curiosity, and work ethic than a long resume. We provide comprehensive, hands-on training and a structured mentorship program to give you all the tools you need to succeed.
