The Warehouse Specialist is responsible for inventory control by tracking materials by job, platform, etc. In addition, this position is in charge of receivables, storage, packing and tracking all equipment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
· Receiving, storing, segregating, issuing, labeling and packing all materials
· In charge of all tracking of materials by platform, job, work order, and task requirement
· Supports inventory accuracy
· Kitting for maintenance/AIT jobs
· Material issuing and material status reporting
· In charge of configuration control for all repair and modification tasks
· Prepare any relevant reporting to proper chain of command
· Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and mission focus across the team
· Other duties as related to the business functions of FWG Solutions, as assigned
Requirements & Qualifications
Education:
· High School Degree Required
Licenses & Certifications:
· Active Secret Security Clearance or ability to obtain an Interim Secret Clearance
· Forklift preferred
Experience:
· Five to seven (5-7) years of experience in a similar position
· Experience and deep knowledge base in inventory control, barcoding/database tracking
· Familiarity with warehouse operations, inventory and supply
Skills & Abilities:
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to multi-task and prioritize work assignments as required
· Ability to hold yourself and others accountable on short-term and long-term goals
· Superior organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
· Ability to work with various levels of personnel
Other:
· Ability to work onsite 5 days per week with additional hours, as required
