The Marketing & Communications Intern will focus on the Ultra Luxury Skincare market. Key responsibilities include conducting competitive landscape audits across media, PR, influencers, and in-store activities, synthesizing findings into actionable insights, and monitoring competitor activity. The role also supports regional marketing alignment and planning for key initiatives, including calendar reviews and event preparation, as well as assisting with Fragrance and Beauty campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
1. Competitive Landscape Audit — Ultra Luxury Skincare
•
Conduct a comprehensive audit of the competitive landscape in Ultra Luxury Skincare across key dimensions: Media, PR & Influencers, Workshops, and In-Store Activities.
•
Synthesize findings into actionable insights and strategic recommendations to support business decisions.
•
Monitor ongoing competitor activity and maintain a living competitive intelligence tracker.
2. Regional Marketing Alignment & Planning
•
Support the organization of key alignment moments between the Division and Markets, anchored to MTP Big Bets:
o
Help prepare and coordinate the 2027 calendar review, key priorities, orchestration framework, and ultra luxurya focus.
o
Contribute to the alignment of the 2028 regional and divisional calendar.
o
Support early-stage preparation for the 2029 mega event.
•
Assist in the coordination of cross-market logistics, briefing documents, and follow-up actions.
3. FBP Campaign Support
•
Support the Fragrance and Communication Lead in the execution of the large scale campaign.
•
Contribute to campaign coordination, asset management, timeline tracking, and cross-functional alignment.
•
Gain first-hand exposure to what it takes to bring a major luxury campaign to life across multiple markets.
