PHMG is seeking an Account Manager for a 15-month fixed-term contract in Manchester. This role involves managing 400-500 client accounts, delivering high-quality audio productions, and providing ongoing marketing consultation. The position requires expert-level understanding of client needs, PHMG's products, and the wider industry, with a focus on customer service, identifying commercial opportunities, and data analysis for client base health.
Location: Old Trafford, Manchester
Salary: £32,500 base (£50,000 OTE)
Hours: Monday - Friday 8.45am - 5.15pm
Contract: 15-month FTC
Our Account Managers are responsible for the day-to-day management of 400-500 accounts, made up of long-standing clients and new clients sent their way by our expert sales teams. Through seamless coordination with our creatives, they deliver top-quality productions whilst proactively consulting on their clients’ ongoing marketing needs.
