This is not a typical Chief of Staff role; it's for someone passionate about building businesses. We seek a strategic partner for the founder of an early-stage consumer products company to drive growth across DTC, eCommerce, marketplaces, and retail. Responsibilities include owning key initiatives, managing P&L, expanding channels, and building data-driven reporting. The ideal candidate has startup experience, owns business outcomes, and has P&L or commercial strategy exposure.

The founder has built the foundation and is looking for a true partner to help scale the business. You'll work directly alongside him, helping drive growth, improve operations, and turn strategy into execution across every part of the company.
This is a highly visible role with broad ownership. One day you might be reviewing business performance and growth opportunities. The next you could be working with agency partners, launching a new product, improving marketplace performance, or helping expand into new sales channels.
