This position focuses on supporting HR tasks, policies, and procedures, including attendance, performance management, compensation, and recruitment. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of HR experience, strong analytical skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and excellent communication abilities. The role involves daily HR activities and requires a keen numerical sense and data-analytical capability.
