Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Portfolio Management
- Manage and oversee training requirements across multiple beauty brand portfolios.
- Develop and execute annual training plans aligned with brand and business objectives.
- Collaborate with Brand Managers, Retail, and stakeholders to ensure training alignment and effectiveness.
- Adapt regional/global training materials to local market needs.
2. Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) in collaboration with stakeholders to identify performance gaps.
- Translate identified needs into structured training programs, workshops, and coaching interventions.
- Continuously review training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
3. Training Delivery & Facilitation
- Conduct onboarding and induction programs for new Beauty Advisors.
- Deliver product knowledge training across skincare, makeup, and fragrance categories.
- Facilitate workshops on selling skills, customer experience, grooming, and retail excellence.
- Support seasonal campaigns, product launches, and refresher training sessions.
4. Workshops, Events & Public Speaking
- Design and conduct interactive workshops for retail teams and business partners.
- Act as a trainer and speaker during brand seminars, conferences, and retail events.
- Support masterclasses, beauty workshops, and customer-facing educational sessions when required.
5. Field Coaching & follow up
- Conduct store visits for on-the-job coaching and performance observation.
- Provide structured feedback to improve sales performance and service standards.
- Track progress and support individual development plans.
6. Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with Brand, Retail, HR, and external partners to ensure training alignment.
- Build strong working relationships with brand principals and business stakeholders.
- Prepare training reports and track key training outcomes and effectiveness.
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in related fields
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in beauty retail, with at least 3 years in a training role.
- Experience managing multiple beauty brand portfolios is highly preferred.
- Exposure to luxury skincare, makeup, and fragrance categories.
- Experience conducting workshops, seminars, and public speaking engagement
