Reporting to the HR Director South America, this HR Manager role will lead the Brazil Business Unit. You will act as a trusted coach and advisor to frontline managers, partnering with business leaders to identify performance gaps and develop people-focused solutions. This role provides strategic insight across key HR areas, including organizational assessment and talent planning, and drives improvements in employee engagement, retention, DE&I, and overall culture. Responsibilities include executing HR strategy, supporting the site leadership team, and managing talent acquisition, attrition, onboarding, performance management, and development programs. You will also foster a positive climate, promote DEI, manage compensation and benefits, define employee relations and union management, ensure HR operations compliance, and manage HR budgets and manpower costs. Requires 10 years of progressive HR experience, coaching managers, and broad HR leadership experience in areas like labor relations, talent management, and organizational development.

The role provides strategic insight across key HR areas, including organizational assessment and talent planning, and plays a critical part in driving improvements in employee engagement, retention, DE&I, and overall culture. In addition, this position supports organizational design during periods of growth by analyzing future workforce needs and identifying capability gaps. The role also ensures the effective execution of core HR operations, including payroll, benefits, union interactions, and labor relations.
