We are looking to hire Quality Engineer at Spokane Site

This position is working on site at our Spokane Facility - WA

What You Will Do

  • Supports data collection and basic statistical analysis for process capability, yield, and scrap trends.
  • Participates in root‑cause investigations by gathering information, organizing data, and documenting findings.
  • Drives quality improvement processes to ensure on-going reductions in Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) and escapes.
  • Provides expertise in production process analysis, ensuring quality standards are met and making recommendations for key quality improvements.
  • Helps with the creation, review, and maintenance of Quality documentation, including inspection plans, work instructions, and checklists.
  • Participates in root‑cause investigations by gathering information, organizing data, and documenting findings.
  • Performs basic measurement system analysis (MSA) activities under supervision.
  • Assists with quality tasks such as nonconformance documentation, communication, and initial material review board (MRB) support.
  • Helps update quality metrics, dashboards, and reports used for daily/weekly production reviews.
  • Performs basic risk assessments and supports PFMEA/DFMEA documentation.
  • Works cross‑functionally with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain to resolve day‑to‑day quality issues.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience.
  • Experience in Root Cause analysis and Correction Action Management.


Qualifications We Prefer

  • Experience with Advance Quality Planning.
  • Experience with Minitab.

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
